Bert's work is energetic, dark and loaded with meaning the viewer can't quite decipher. It's second nature for me to apply my own meaning to the poetry, left with a reflection of myself mixed somewhere in the middle with the artist's intention. The following works are made using apple note and snapchat. I think his work is really interesting because the theme of social media, public vs. private, relieving stress, and hidden messages is actually pretty intertwined...
